STEP 1) On the home page click GET STARTED or GET STARTED AS A CAR BUYER and simply just register and confirm your details.

STEP 2) On the Car Buyers Homepage click Request a Quote then from drop down lists you simply choose exactly which BRAND NEW vehicle you are interested in purchasing and include your trade-in details if you have one.
Here you will also include your preferred colour choices, select factory options & accessories, Registration type, CTP region, when you would like your new car, how far you want your quote requests to go and what suburb you may want your NEW vehicle delivered to. Yes, there is a REFUNDABLE 'Quote Request Fee' of $49.00AUD which is refundable ONLY when you purchase a vehicle from the DMNC dealer. The Quote Request Fee will be refunded when you take delivery of your new motor vehicle once the dealer 'flags' your Quote Request as 'Delivered'.
Q5. Under what other circumstances am I entitled to a full refund?
You are entitled to a full refund when you submit a Quote Request with the maximum distance to send quote requests selected and do not receive any responses from any dealers. In this case the full refund will occur immediately and automatically.
Q6. How can I use this website for FREE?
You can register your workplace and use this website for FREE. Registering as a business gives you a 'unique referral code' and giving this code to others also entitles your work mates and their family and friends to also use the website for FREE. If you already have a Referral Code see next FAQ.

Q11. Do I have to provide photos of my trade-in?
No you don't have to provide photos of your trade-in motor vehicle; motor vehicle dealers will still get your description of your trade-in vehicle. However in all cases it would be a great benefit to provide photos because it gives the dealer a much better idea of how much the vehicle is worth and what he is prepared to pay for it.
Dealers will always pay more for a car they have seen over one they haven't. We have included sample photos of a trade-in vehicle from 5 angles and we recommend that you provide similar photos.
Q12. What happens if no dealers respond to my Quote Request?
If no dealers respond to your Quote Request this may be for a number of reasons, firstly your distance to send quote requests to may be too short and not enough dealers have received your Quote Request, you will then be asked to increase your travel distance and submit your Quote Request again. You will
not be charged to resubmit your quote request.
If you submit your Quote Request and have selected the maximum distance to send quote requests to and have had no responses from dealers your Quote Request Fee will be refunded to you automatically. Not receiving dealer responses may have occurred for reasons relating to your preferred colour choices
&/or your factory option selections
&/or your required time frame. You will have the option to change any of these combinations and try resubmitting your quote request.
Q13. What happens if the dealer in any way misrepresents the lowest price?
In the unlikely event that a dealer misrepresents a quote you can submit a 'Second Chance Offer' to the other dealers who missed out on providing the lowest price. Submitting a second chance offer to the non-lowest dealers provides those dealers a second chance to match and accept the lowest price. The second chance offer can only be accepted by the dealer who accepts it first; it will not be available to the other dealers. Once a dealer accepts the 'Second Chance Offer' your details are also exchanged with that dealer. The submission of a 'Second Chance Offer' against a dealer quote also notifies that dealer by email of your reason for submitting the '2nd Chance Offer' against his quote. We recommend that unless you are genuinely dissatisfied with the lowest priced dealer then a 'Second Chance Offer' should not be submitted.
Q14. What happens after details have been exchanged?
After your details are exchanged with the lowest price dealer you may contact the dealer first or you may wait until the dealer contacts you to confirm your motor vehicle requirements. The dealer will then assist you in the purchase of your new motor vehicle.
Q15. What happens to the information gathered about me?
We only ask for your full name, valid email address, connected mobile number, suburb, state and postcode. No other details are required (except for business & associations). Your details are only kept and used by DMNC to fulfill your request to use the services provided by DMNC. Your details will never be disclosed to or used by any other party apart from dealers whom have provided the lowest price to your quote request or have accepted a second chance offer submitted by you. DMNC may from time to time use your details to send you our news letter or SMS alerts on future promotions or offers.
Q16. Who has access to my details?
Your details and quote information are password protected and can only be accessed by the Dealer who provided the lowest price or the dealer who has accepted a second chance offer submitted by you. DMNC may contact some of it's users from time for the purposes of improving the services which we provide and to gather statistical information for the benefit of its users. If you do not wish to be contacted by DMNC you can notify DMNC in writing using the 'Contact Us' email facility.
